Coaching is an accompaniement where the Teen is the own actor of its evolution. He takes responsibility for the result obtained.

• regular monitoring of progress communicated by the Coach to Parents.

Course of the sessions

1. We start from a recurring difficulty encountered by Teen in mathematics (reasoning, comprehension, vocabulary, carelessness, gaps ...)
2. We decipher the subject(s) concerned to work on with the Teen to set a goal and the actions to achieve it
3. We rely on the strengths of the Teen to advance towards our goal
4. We validate the achievement of the objective by an action plan
5. We casually apply the skills acquired to other themes or subjects.

Differences with a private lesson?

• In general 4 sessions are enough to see the positive impact on the Teen. Booster shots may be needed later, depending on what the student is going through again
• From a passive learning approach, the Teen becomes the actor of his progress and develops his autonomy
• The issues are experience and action, not psychology or learning follow-up
• Desirable side effects: laughter, self-confidence, motivation, capacity for organization and method which will naturally interfere with other subjects!
